Charles sat in his chair, examining the blank metal walls.
"You sure you want this, Professor?"  Scott was always overprotective.  You would think that I was made of glass! My legs don't work, but my arms are still strong.
As Scott leaned forward and began the D-level program, Xavier pulled out a small laser pistol and, hitting precise weaknesses, destroyed every robot without breaking a sweat.  Thirty minutes of the same passed and the program ended.
"Professor!  That was amazing!"
"I know," Charles calmly said as the Danger Room sat unchanged.  Sometimes, you've just got to cheat, he thought.

Jen, I think I found a way to not compromise what I believe the poem presents us about Grendel, while also presenting him sympathetically.  I think.

The Rules again for everybody c'mon now I like doing these:
