Leah and I finally watched the Battlestar Galactica Season 2 finale.

Yeah, so I wasn't prepared for that.

I guess Gaeta's got to be feeling pretty lousy; it's all his fault.
Also, the Chief with glasses and a beard?  Rocks.
Lee sure porked out, though.

Anyone know when the new Battlestar Gallactica DVDs are coming out?  Leah and I just watched "Pegasus" and it's driving us crazy that there's nothing out there on when the new discs are coming out.

Lots of stuff has happened since I last posted.  No, I don't have a job yet.  Yes, it still stinks.  Anyway.

I found out that Battlestar Gallactica really does rock.  I read quite a bit, including (finally) Dick's The Man in the High Tower, which I recommend to all sci-fi and alternate history geeks who haven't read it.  I saw Say Anything, and was nothing but impressed with the acting and writing; every single character feels real the entire way through, nothing seems fake. I've finally, finally been watching the BBC Jeeves and Wooster series (just got through with Season 2), which is fantastic and provides me with more Hugh Laurie goodness.  I haven't seen more than an episode or two of the current season of House and it makes me sad.  Leah and I got my SNES and we've been playing the heck out of Super Mario World.  I beat it the other day and right now we're working on the bonus levels--I'm on "Tubular," the one where you have to balloon-float the entire way though.  I wish I knew where my Super Mario All-Stars, Earthbound, and Super Metroid were.  I really want a PS2 and Katamari but it's sooo much money when only one of us has a job and even that's just almost full-time.

I still don't have a job.  But these are the best days of my life, bar none.
